Standard Rates

Same Day Turnaround - $3.00 per minute.

Rush I Turnaround (24-48 hrs) - $1.50 per minute.

Rush II Turnaround (48-72 hrs) - $1.25 per minute.

Standard Turnaround (5-7 days) - $1.00 per minute.

Note: For transcription of files smaller than 10 minutes in length, we charge for 10 minute of audio.

-SPANISH TRANSCRIPTION: $2 per minute of audio for standard 5-7 day turnaround.
-TRANSCRIPTION OF FRENCH, GERMAN, PORTUGUES, DUTCH, ITALIAN, KOREAN, JAPANESE, CHINESE and several other languages: $2.50 per minute of audio for standard 5-7 day turnaround.

Volume Discounts

5% off total charge for clients who send 50 hours or more of audio in any calendar month; 10% off total charge for clients who send 100 hours or more of audio in a month.

Surcharges and Discounts

In addition to these standard rates, the following surcharges and discounts may apply:

* Poor Audio - $0.25 to 0.50 per minute of audio depending on level of difficulty.

* Verbatim Transcription - $0.25 per minute of audio.

* Time Stamps & Time Codes - $0.25 to $0.50 per minute of audio.

* Accented Speakers - $0.25 per minute of audio.

* Technical, Scientific or Medical Terminology - $0.25 per minute of audio.

* Number of Speakers - $0.10 per minute of audio for each additional speaker over 4 speakers (first 4 are considered standard, additional speakers beyond that are charged at a premium).

* Student Discount – 5% off all projects if you are a student.

* Churches and Not-for-Profit Organizations - 5% off all projects.
